What sizes can you print?
Anything from 2×2 ft (our smallest) up to 16 ft wide and 100 ft long — so a single piece can run the full 100 ft. Sizes are whole feet only.

Sizes
Can I type in the size I want?
Yes. In the builder you can type the length and height in feet, or drag the sliders — the price updates as you go. Sizes are whole feet only, so a typed 6.5 becomes 7.
Do you do backdrop banners?
8×8 ft and 10×10 ft banners can add a backdrop banner stand for $100.00. That stand is only offered on those two sizes.

After you pay
What happens the moment I pay?
Payment is taken securely through Square — your card details never touch this site. As soon as it goes through, your order, your artwork files and your print proof land in the shop's queue and the print clock starts.
Do I get to see my banner before it prints?
Yes. Before you buy, "Download print proof" saves a picture of your finished banner: your text and images exactly where you placed them, grommets marked every 2 ft with the distance, the size in feet and inches, and a 2-inch safe-area line. The same proof is saved with your order, so you can download it again later.
How do I follow my order?
Sign in and open My orders — you'll see every banner you've ordered with its date, size, total and its print proof. If you ordered without an account, ask us through the contact page and we'll track it down.
When does it ship?
You choose shipping or local pickup when you order. Shipping is $10.00 per banner for every 8 ft of length — up to 8 ft long is $10, 9–16 ft is $20, and so on. Local pickup is free.
Pricing and extras
How much does a banner cost?
$2.99 per square foot, with a $25 minimum order. A 6×3 ft banner is 18 sq ft, so $53.82 in print.
What's included in the price?
Grommets every 2 ft along the top and bottom, and hemmed edges — both free. Double-sided printing adds $20 per banner, wind slits add $5 per banner, and a backdrop stand adds $100 on 8×8 ft and 10×10 ft banners.
Is there a minimum order?
Orders have a $25 minimum. Smaller orders are rounded up to $25 (shipping is extra).
Your artwork
What files can I send?
Upload any image file from the builder. PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP and SVG all sit on the banner; PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF and HEIC can be saved and downloaded, but a plain picture is what actually prints — PNG or JPG works best.
What if there's a mistake in my design?
Don't worry about it — we check every design before it prints, and if we find any mistakes we fix them free of charge. You'll never pay extra because of an error in your artwork.
Do I get a proof for every banner?
Yes. Every banner that is ordered comes with a proof. You can download yours before you pay with "Download print proof", and the same proof is saved with your order so you can pull it up again later.
Can you check my artwork before I buy?
Yes — the print check under the preview reviews your artwork for resolution at your banner's size, text sitting too close to an edge or a grommet, and spelling. It gives advice only; it never blocks your order.
Can I save my logo for next time?
Sign in and upload it under My artwork. It stays in your account, and you can drop it straight onto any banner later with "From my artwork".
